At Travelpro®, we stand behind our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your luggage doesn't meet your expectations, you may return or exchange unused items within 100 days of delivery.

Return Process

    Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

    Print Your Label

    Download and print the pre-paid FedEx shipping label provided through the portal to ensure your return is tracked and insured.

  • 3.
    Pack Your Luggage

    Place the unused item in its original packaging with all tags attached to prevent damage during transit.

  • 4.
    Drop Off and Refund

    Drop off your package at any authorized FedEx location; your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
